Mediterranean diet smoothies are one I prefer when having an early morning run. You might neglect your needs as a busy person and forget to care for yourself.

The Mediterranean diet is both an enjoyable and nutritious way of eating. It emphasizes eating a wide range of healthy meals and taking the time to appreciate and savor each dish.
The experience can be shared with others too. I have introduced this diet to kids apart from their other healthy menus. It's lovable and has good taste. Especially one with apples in it.
Mediterranean Diet Smoothies For Excellent Health
Those who are always on Mediterranean diet recipes have excellent health. They also have a lower chance of developing chronic diseases.
How? Because this is a result of the food they chose.
The Mediterranean diet includes a wide range of heart-healthy fats, fruits, veggies, whole grains, lentils, nuts, and seeds. It is so easy to make for breakfast and delicious too. It helps with weight loss too.

1- Apple With Protein Smoothie
- 1 large Apple (peeled and chopped into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup milk (I prefer low-fat milk)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A dash of ground Cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
2- Mango Creamsicle Smoothie
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/4 cup rice cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk, unsweetened orange juice or water
- 1 tablespoon of protein powder
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- Ice cubes (optional)
3- Strawberry Banana Green Super Smoothie
- 1 banana (chopped)
- 1 cup spinach or celery
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- ½ cup of low-fat milk or non-dairy almond milk
- 6 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed

- Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt,
